Terms and conditions of participation in the B+B Christmas prize draw 2025

1. Organizer

The Organizer of the competition is

B+B Thermo-Technik GmbH

Germany

(hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”).

2. Participation period

The competition will take place between
01:00 on December 8, 2025, and 23:59 on December 12, 2025. Entries outside this period will not be considered.

3. Participation requirements

3.1 Eligible participants

Eligible participants are:

• natural personsa aged 18 and over,
• who place an order in the online shop of the B+B Thermo-Technik GmbH during the participation period with a minumum order value of €50 (net) per order.

3.2 Exclusions

• Employees of the organizer and their relatives are not eligible to participate.
• Participants who engage in technical manipulation or violate these conditions of participation may be excluded.

4. Type of participation

Participation is automatic with a qualifying order placed during the above-mentioned period. Each order of €50 or more counts as one entry. Multiple qualifying orders increase the chances of winning accordingly.

No separate registration is required.

5. Prize

The following prize will be raffled off:

1x Sony WH-1000XM4 – foldable over ear Bluetooth noise cancelling headphones  (worth approx.  €230).

Cash payment, exchange, or transfer to third parties is excluded.

6. Determination of winners and notifications

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on December 15, 2025.

The winner will be notified by email to the address provided when placing the order.

If the winner dies not respond within 2 days or declines to participate in the competition, the claim to the prize will expire and a replacement winner will be drawn.

7. Profit distribution

The prize will be delivered to the winner free of charge by parcel delivery, either together with the order already placed or in a seperate shipment.

The organizer accepts no liability for delays in delivery for which it is not respinsible.

8. Data protection

Only data required for the order (e.g., name, address, email address) will be processed for participation in the competition.

Purpose of data processing

• Conducting the competition
• Determination and notification of the winner
• Shipping of the prize

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (conducting a competition).

The data will only be stored as long as is legally required or necessary. Further information can be found in the organizer’s general data protection information.

9. Liability

The organizer is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior.

No liability is accepted for technical malfunctions, data loss, or delays that are beyond the organizer’s control.

10. Changes / cancellation of the competition

The organizer reserves the right to change, adapt, or cancel the competition in whole or in part for good cause, in particular if proper execution cannot be guaranteed (e.g., due to technical problems or force majeure).

11. Legal recourse

Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the implementation, draw, and allocation of prizes.

12. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
