Temperature probe for pipes (Art.No.: SHOP 0625 0516-101)

The B+B pipe-contact sensor with a robust tension chain is the ideal solution for measuring temperatures on pipes of a wide variety of diameters. Thanks to its high-quality aluminum prismatic housing and spring-loaded chain, the adaptive surface temperature sensor always adapts to the pipe and ensures efficient heat transfer. This ensures reliable measurement of supply and return temperatures, particularly in refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating systems. In addition to a Pt1000 sensor, this versatile probe is also available with Pt100 or KTY81-210 sensors—for customized integration into your measurement application.

Standard socket (Art.No.: SHOP 0220 0008)

B+B’s rugged thermocouple connectors are available in both miniature and standard sizes. They are designed to prevent reverse polarity and are compatible with virtually all temperature measuring devices; they are available for all thermocouple types. In addition to versions made of high-temperature plastic, these connectors are also available in ceramic versions, which allow for use at temperatures up to +900 °C.

B+B’s Type K insulated thermocouples offer a highly reliable solution for precise temperature measurements in demanding industrial environments. Because the thermowires are embedded in refractory magnesium oxide, the sensors exhibit excellent pressure resistance and exceptional vibration resistance, ensuring a long service life even under mechanical stress. The high-quality FEP-silicone extension cables are resistant up to 180°C and are 2 m long.

With very fast response times and a wide measurement range, they are ideal for a wide variety of measurement tasks. Available in various lengths and outer diameters.

Rain detector (Art.No.: SHOP REGME24V)

The B+B rain sensor reliably detects precipitation such as rain or snow and controls awnings, skylights, or ventilation hatches fully automatically. The adjustable sensitivity and switching polarity ensure maximum flexibility.
The on-demand sensor heating activates only when moisture is detected to quickly dry the surface or melt snow. An integrated switch-off delay (90 to 330 seconds) also prevents erratic switching of connected systems in building automation, weather stations, or agricultural applications.

The B+B Dew Point Sensor combines two precise sensor technologies in a compact module. While the resistive thick-film sensor detects high humidity, the integrated conductivity sensor reliably detects the formation of a condensation film. This combination guarantees reliable switching behavior—ideal for demanding applications such as cooling ceilings, control cabinets, exterior walls, restrooms, or swimming pools. When combined with the universal B+B sensor switching modules, you can quickly create a highly effective dew point protection switch that effectively protects you from moisture damage.
