Thermocouple Connectors & Sockets

Standardized Miniature & Standard Connectors:

Versions for all thermocouple types (e.g., Type K, Type J, Type S, and many more) enable quick connection and disconnection of probes, extension cables, and measuring instruments. Special high-temperature connectors are also available.

Thermocouple Cables & Compensation Cables

If a thermocouple signal needs to be transmitted over long distances, not just any cable will do; you need special thermocouple cables or compensation cables. Your advantage with B+B: our cables are always available by the meter, so you can order exactly the amount you need, whether it’s 1 m or 100 m.

Thermocouple Wires & Thermocouple Cables:

Manufactured from the original materials used in the respective thermocouple type. Depending on environmental conditions, insulation materials such as FEP/silicone, PTFE, or glass fiber with stainless steel braiding are available.

Compensation Cables:

Consist of substitute materials with comparable thermoelectric properties within the approved temperature range and represent a cost-effective option for longer transmission distances.

Mounting Hardware

Mechanical components are used for the secure and, where necessary, sealed integration of sensors into existing systems.

Crimp Sleeves for Miniature and Standard Connectors:

Suitable for direct mounting of sheathed thermocouples.

Thermocouple Terminal Blocks:

Special terminal blocks with Type K and Type J contacts prevent incorrect thermocouple voltages that could distort the measurement results.

Cable clamps for miniature and standard connectors:

These protect the cable connections from tensile stress and kinking.
